Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing Oversight:
- Supervise the sales order processing team, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Review and prioritize incoming sales orders, assigning tasks to team members as needed.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays (sales, warehouse).
- Any commitment to be delivered should be delivered within the agreed schedule. Monitor and follow up and Any pending order that has no inventory yet, and take necessary action.
Encoding and Barcoding:
- Ensure that products are correctly encoded and barcoded for accurate inventory tracking.
- Implement and maintain barcoding and scanning systems for inventory management.
- Invoicing and documentation:
- Oversee the generation and verification of invoices for customer orders.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as packing slips and shipping labels, is prepared accurately and on time.

- Return to Vendor (RTV) Management
- Coordinate the RTV process, including receiving returned items, verifying condition, and processing refunds or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of returned products and reasons for return.
- Load Planning and Logistics:
- Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to optimize load planning for efficient product distribution.
- Monitor local shipping schedules (local containerize) and adjust as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
- Concession and E-commerce liquidation
- Accurate and on-time posting ( timeline)
- Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues related to order processing promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any order-related disputes.
- Team Development
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to sales order processing staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment within the team.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and refine sales order processing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices and recommend system enhancements or automation opportunities.
- Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports related to order processing, order management Client behavior (frequency, cycle of ordering) per branch, and order fulfillment performance ( delivery lead time central warehouse).
- Provide regular updates to management on key performance metrics.
