Position: Financial Analyst
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with a flexible overlap of at least 4 - 6 hours between 9 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm Central
Monthly Salary: Up to 1,500 USD/mo (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)

Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting - Quarterly & Annually
- Cash-flow planning and management
- Bookkeeping
- Payments management - approval and origination of payments
- Line of credit management - based on cash-flow forecasting and borrowing balance calculations
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports and comparing them to Budgets and forecasts
- Collaborating with the supply chain department to plan financial needs
- Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates for cash flow and income statement
- Creating KPI reports relevant to the company's operations
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
- Statement reconciliation - Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
- Conducting internal audits
- Examining financial records to check for accuracy
- Managing and training if and when necessary
- Financial controller - expense tracking and management by dept.
- Treasury assistance - identify capital needs and communicate to management
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Payroll management via ADP
- Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- 4 - 5 years of work experience as a corporate financial analyst
- Proficient with spreadsheets, presentations, and financial reporting
- Bonus - experience with Quickbooks, Netsuite, and business intelligence tools
