Position : Operations Analyst
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM EST
Salary Range : $1000-$1800 (Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) worldwide to troubleshoot merchant-based logistics issues. You will work closely with our merchants and our internal operations team to relay requests and troubleshoot issues raised by the 3PLs.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with 3PLs globally to troubleshoot logistics issues
- Liaise between the merchant base and internal operations team for request relays and troubleshooting
- Optimize logistics from a cost and performance perspective for pick/pack and shipping
Job requirements:
- Previous experience working in a startup or a Direct-to-Customer (DTC) brand
- Background in the logistics industry, with a focus on shipping or inventory management
- Proficiency in data tools like SQL, Sigma, Snowflake, etc.
