Smartsourcing is looking for a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist at Smartsourcing, you will work on a variety of projects that leverage data analytics and machine learning to drive business insights and decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to identify business challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for analysis
- Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques to extract insights and patterns
- Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business analysts, software engineers, and domain experts to develop innovative solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data science technologies and methodologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data science or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data visualization
- Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
