Position: Business Development Representative

Working Hours: M-F; 8 am-5 pm EST or 9 pm to 6 am Philippines Standard time

Salary Range: 800 - 1000 USD

About the job:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team, someone who thrives in engaging with construction companies to understand their site service needs. Your role will involve cold-calling in select markets, booking meetings to tailor our specialized services—portable toilets, temporary fencing, and waste solutions—to meet client requirements. As a key liaison, you will promote our offerings, establish and maintain robust client relationships, and diligently track and follow up on potential leads. If you're a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for business development in the construction sector, we invite you to shape the future of our company by becoming an integral part of our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cold-calling construction companies in select markets to discuss their needs for site services.
  • Booking meetings with potential clients to understand and cater to their requirements.
  • Promoting our specialized services such as portable toilet, temporary fencing, and waste solution rentals to potential clients.
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relationships with clients.
  • Keeping a track of potential leads and following up on them in a timely manner.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in cold calling, sales, and customer service role.
  • Knowledge about the construction industry or events would be an advantage.
  • Ability to handle rejection.
  • Goal-oriented and task-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot and other tools like Google Workspace, and phone tools would be a plus.
  • This role has the possibility to turn into a leadership role if successful
