Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire Service Coordinator for multiple shifts. You’ll utilize our work order management system to dispatch and schedule technicians, meet customer commitments, and ensure accurate work order records. Communicating well is key - with clients, their locations, our vendors, and our internal team.
As a Service Coordinator, your role is all about building strong relationships with our valued clients and vendors. You'll ensure smooth, timely communication and timely updates by utilizing various channels such as customer portals, email, texting and verbal communications.
You’ll also:
- Draft and submit accurate quotes for service requests
- Assess and dispatch skilled technicians or subcontractors based on request details and location
- Provide detailed status updates and documentation to keep clients informed
- Manage purchase orders and negotiate rates with subcontractors, addressing billing discrepancies as needed
