The role will be reporting to the regional Head of End User Services in DGS. The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and oversight to Technology service delivery and support operations in Manila (BGC & Makati) Philippines (“DGS Philippines” from here onwards) while aiming for operation excellence. The role will require aligning and driving the implementations of global and DGS regional Technology Operations strategies in DGS Philippines. This role also has people management responsibilities.
- Provide leadership and directions to the End User Services team in DGS Philippines to ensure resolution of Technology incidents, service requests, and changes are within agreed SLAs, and delivers operation excellence.
- Ensure that the End User Services team members adhere to the Technology policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Drive the implementations of global and DGS regional Technology Operations strategic initiatives.
- Be the point of escalations for DGS Phillipines EUS team members and point-of-contact for all Technology Operations matters in DGS Philippines.
