Senior Account Manager, Paid Social (US Timezone)

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading and managing the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns and strategies.

They also facilitate day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing the account strategy in partnership with the client and Paid Social Director, and being accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs.
  • Ensuring the operational success of accounts, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget.
  • Owning and managing the client strategy, and planning key campaign efficiencies.
  • Managing day-to-day efforts and acting as the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client.
  • Planning accounts and growth opportunities, and working closely with the Account Directors.
  • Building strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
  • Knowledge in MS Excel
  • Platform knowledge: Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and Snapchat – other platform knowledge is a plus
  • TikTok Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus
