- Responsible for the Mobility infrastructure located in Bangalore and Coimbatore
- Act as on-site support for local Mobility agents and MSE Team in Manila
- Provide 1st level technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of local software and hardware – all in coordination with MSE Team
- Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures
- Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution
- Act as first-point-of-contact for local issues with hardware devices and software
- Documentation of the local Mobility infrastructure in Confluence
- Provide IT Service Desk (2nd Level) support
- Worldwide Maintenance of the whole MSP-infrastructure according to RASIC
- Restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible
- Dispatch or escalate to appropriate solution group
- Documentation and closing of Incidents
