The Director of Sales & marketing is to promote the hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market.
- Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Manager of the hotel.
- Function as a Strategic business leader of the Property’s Sales and Marketing and develop Sales goals and strategies and ensure alignment with brand business strategy.
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
- Manage market segment from a point of maximizing business generation opportunities
- Maximize Competitor Intelligence.
- Provide customer intelligence in evaluating the Market and economic trends that may lead to changes in Sales Strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Determine and develop Marketing Communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications.
- Manage Marketing Consulting Agency teams, Brand Marketing, and Campaign Management initiatives
- Encourage existing accounts to be our productive account, comprising monthly “M. I. S. Report”, Sales & Marketing Highlight Summary of all segmentation, Sales Activities, Competitor Analysis, and Market Share Analysis.
