Your key tasks
- Develop and maintain BI application and reporting solution, working with Business, IT and vendor teams
- Design and implement solutions for the SAP Business Warehouse including Design Documents, Dataflows, Datamodels, InfoObjects, InfoCubes, DSO Objects, DataSources, User Exits, InfoSources, Update & Transfer Rules, Transfer Processes and Communiation Structures
- Develop SAP BW & BI reports and queries
- Support of our SAP BW planning processes
- Participate in requirement gathering and design phase to define business requirements and data flow design
- Adopt data modelling & data flow design best practices to develop robust & scalable solutions. Activate, Configure & Enhance Business Content Extractors.
- Support incident resolutions ensuring timely closure of identified defects within published SLAs. Lead root cause analysis for major defects.
- Collaborate with functional architects and business analysts to identify changes that impact existing analytics, and ensure end-to-end analytic needs are met.
- Support the upcoming SAP S/4 transformation program.
- Monitor process chains and troubleshoot performance issues
- Month-end systems monitoring
