Salary : 800 - 1,200 USD
Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring timely and effective resolution of all customer issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams or managers
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including feedback, complaints, and resolutions
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude at all times
- Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic computer applications and software and customer service software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
