Job Title: Customer Success Hero
Salary Range: $800 - $1500 per month (DOE)
Working hours: 10 am to 8pm EST, Monday through Friday (11pm to 9am Philippines Time)
Customer Success is at the heart of what we do. As a small (but growing) company, we're looking to bring an amazing person onto our team who can help us improve our customer success.
You will be responsible for all customer support inquiries across all platforms, and truly be a hero to our users by getting them the answers they need quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for any customer inquiries or issues
- Providing top-tier customer service and support
- Canceling/modifying/updating subscriptions or customer profiles in Stripe
- Responding to any email received during working hours as quickly as possible
- Building real rapport with customers
- Calling customers who need live support
- Future: Answering inbound phone calls
- Future: Live chat on website / in-app
- Proactively gaining more app store reviews
- Keeping a detailed record of technical issues experienced by customers, so we can improve the product
- Handle special projects and tasks that come up from time to time
company/appRequirements:
- A wonderful attitude
- At least 3 years of customer service or similar experience at a software company/app/other technical product, with access to sensitive customer data and payment info
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English, with little to no accent
- Bonus: experience with Stripe
