- Tasked to monitor bikers during live booking (acting as a mystery passenger).
- Assigned to report biker behavior to the training team and QA.
- Act as a bridge between Biker and the company to hear out their daily comments regarding live booking discreetly.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Filipino, and Bisaya.
- Must be amenable to perform field work in different cities in Cebu.
- Proficiency in Google Mobile applications required
- Knowledge using the standard Mobile Application (Motorcycle Taxi apps)
