About the role:As a Product Support Representative, you'll work closely with FIS clients to provide comprehensive support for our products. You'll address customer concerns and issues that arise during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application.
About the team:The Global Asset Finance Client Experience (CX) team is here to support Asset Finance clients in managing our software on a day-to-day basis.
What you'll be doing:- Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients through phone, email, or support tickets.
- Resolve customer concerns during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software and recommend solutions.
- Recreate client issues in a test environment and document how applications and systems support business processes.
- Utilize interpersonal skills and technical expertise in responding to daily client-centric activities.
- Manage client relationships.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- At least 10 years of experience in application support for banking or financing software.
- Knowledge of Leasing and Lending application configuration is a plus.
- Experience in software management, configuration, and client deployment.
- Ability to work on weekends twice every quarter (8 times a year).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of FIS products is a plus.
