Legal Marketing Coordinator - (US Law Firm Background - WFH)

Overall Purpose:

As a legal marketing coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team's efforts in delivering exceptional services to our clients. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our practice. You will collaborate closely with our attorneys and paralegals to manage administrative tasks and contribute to the success of our legal endeavors.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a content calendar, curating content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter, including current event summaries, blog posts, speaking engagements, new hires, and partnerships.

• Establish and maintain our presence on LinkedIn and Twitter by ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content.

• Respond to inbound messages on social media platforms.

• Develop engaging newsletters.

• Collaborate with legal sector sites and blogs to boost our brand visibility.

• Maintain and troubleshoot the firm's WP engine website, including updating staff information, practice areas, and posting blog content.

• Identify backlinking opportunities to support our SEO efforts.

• Create infographics from reputable data sources related to blockchain for social media posts.

• Contribute to marketing and branding content about the firm.

• Coordinate with team members to create blog posts.

• Repurpose audio and video content for promotional purposes.

• Record videos and create instructional content.

• Identify speaking opportunities by reaching out to podcasts and attorney groups.

• Manage various ad-hoc tasks that may arise.

• Ability to create online sales funnels for specific practice areas.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Previous legal marketing experience.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Innovative, and ability to display leadership qualities and present original ideas.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Alignment with company values of freedom, creativity, and integrity.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• An expert law firm media buyer. (Preferably in Google Ads)
