Working Hours : 9AM-5PM CST M-F
Salary Range : $900-$1800
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review the income and expense ledgers to verify all transactions are accurate and properly recorded
- Verify that all tenant billing is complete and accurate
- Prepare timely financial statements (monthly) for 40+ properties
- Report and analyze NOI and variances to upper management
- Prepare quarterly statements and analysis for inclusion in Quarterly Investor Reports
- Compile detailed documentation for year-end tax preparation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years+ proven experience as an Accountant or Financial Analyst.
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- CPA license is required.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work within established deadlines
- Ability to identify technological tools to improve and enhance current procedures
