ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to generate new business opportunities for our sales team. You will also be responsible for creating sales materials, handling follow-ups with customers, sending emails to customers, and other typical sales and marketing-related tasks.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Identify and qualify leads using a variety of sources, including online research, social media, and cold calling
- Nurture leads through a variety of channels, including email, phone, and social media
- Create and distribute sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and email campaigns
- Handle follow-ups with customers to keep them engaged and moving through the sales funnel
- Send emails to customers to promote our products and services
- Assist the sales team with closing deals
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role
Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong English skills and without a strong accent
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in ChatGPT
Experience with CRM software a plus
