Position: Outbound Lead Generation Specialist
Salary Range: 1,000 - 1,300 USD per month
Working Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST / 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time
Outbound Lead Generation (phone calling partner clients) - 60%
- Contact and qualify leads (all provided) mostly through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
- Strong negotiating skills to convince a prospective clients to agree to getting an insurance quote through our office
- Excellent communication skills providing the best brand image of the agency
Other Administrative tasks assigned (other tasks related to company) - 40%
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
- Tracking payments and taking payments from clients
- Quoting: help initiate preliminary quotes from prospective and current clients
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Answer select inbound calls to the office
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
- Administrative Support (as assigned)
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of related work experience in outbound lead generation, pure cold callings (outbound calls), and/or outbound sales
- Insurance experience is a big plus but not necessary
- Working knowledge and experience with RingCentral, Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce are preferred but not necessary
- Working knowledge and experience in Outlook is a must. MS Office is desired and nice to have
- Someone who can multi-task and good with technology
