Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- speak to US patients and assisst them with their concerns
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets
- At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably with customer service accounts handling medical accounts. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Must have good communications skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be willing to work on-site BUENDIA, MAKATI
