As a Stakeholder Associate, you will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - acting as a bridge between the bikers and Angkas in addressing their daily concerns and feedback.
- You will be monitoring the behaviors and pain points of the bikers during live booking on a daily basis;
- Your primary goal is to ensure that their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively;
- Gather market insights and trends, and be able to use this data to help the company grow and be more stable;
- You will work closely with the service excellence leads and Training Team to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in stakeholder management or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work onsite and in the assigned area
- Able to work for a project-based contract
