- Efficiently execute each stage of the design process, from cross-disciplinary business requirements gathering, to initial wireframing and prototyping, to creating finalized UI, to working with developers to ship polished products
- Conducts user research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to inform the design process
- Develops and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Conducts usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with different teams to build visually appealing and engaging features and identify and resolve user experience pain points
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design
