Whether it is to arrange for debt repayment, advise customers, or answer their questions, collections representatives are a crucial part of the company's revenue generation efforts.
- Account Resolution Specialists should have the drive and ability to communicate well and work through obstacles to get results. The Account Resolution Specialists will review client's records and follow up with them to create a repayment schedule appropriate for their financial situation. The Account Resolution Specialists will be responsible for collecting payments from the client in relation to the clients' pending or past due payments. We are looking for someone who understands the Fair Debt Collection Practiecs Act and who can act ethically and respectfully to our clients.
