- Lead Generation and Customer Interaction:

- Sales Development:
- Contribute to developing and enhancing B2B/B2C sales by supporting the establishment of strategic aims and objectives.
- Work towards gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business's products and provide informed assistance to clients and customers.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Assist in the development of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to contribute ideas and align promotional strategies and activities.
- Operational Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to support the overall operational efficiency of the business.
Recommend and implement improvements in the way the business operates to maximize effectiveness.
