Job Description

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
You are being eyed to join the Recruitment Team. As Recruitment Supervisor, you are one of the front-liners in providing excellent customer service through accurate profiling. You are expected to work hand in hand with the HR and Operations team in delivering the requirement through endorsement of candidates with the right skillset required by the campaign. You are instrumental in ensuring 100% delivery of target for all campaigns.
As a Recruitment Supervisor, you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy. Below is an in-depth description of your responsibilities:
· People Management:
o Manage performance of team assigned.
o Ensure that proper coordination with all department takes place.
· Account Management:
o Understand profiles of new campaigns.
o Knowledgeable of the profiles of the existing campaigns.
o Following through on the approved contractual requirements and pay of the roles.
o Continuously calibrates on profile/hiring process for each LOB.
o Partnership with Supervisors and Ops HMs.
o Good understanding of what makes the business successful (ops metrics, ops org structure, ops performance & retention strategies, growth plans).
o 100% Fulfillment of account hiring requirements
· Talent Management:
o Process and monitor internal employee transfers.
o Ensure that proper coordination with HR takes place.
o Manage employee concerns regarding transfers/re-assignments.
· Stakeholder Management/Client Management
o 100% Fulfillment of account hiring requirements.
o Ensure that follow-through on the agreed process and profile is in place.
o Determine what updates are essential and necessary.
o Know who the stakeholders are - what do they need, what they expect?
o Has good understanding of the business, effectively works on the implemented recruiting strategies.
· Support Relationships
o Recruiting support and implementation of shared plans/ initiatives with other departments.
· Reporting and Analytics
o Follow-throughs on reports which stakeholder should be updated on.
o Accurate reporting format, including essential information and data.
o Can clearly discuss and articulate provide objective of the report, trends and outcome of the data
o Uses the analytics data to make recommendations to address gaps or optimize output
o SCOPE: Client and Program Leaders/Hiring Managers, Impact is across the site assignment
