Monthly review (Budget vs Latest Plan) – data management and analytics report
On-time consolidation of Monthly Bottom-Up Forecast (Sales and Consumption plan, Inventory
Reports)
On-time consolidation of Weekly report of MTD and YTD Sales and Consumption performance vs CSP
Ensure Forecast supported with available supply in coordination with Supply team
Forecasts integration with IBP and SFDC/Qlik Sense through process simplification and real time
automation of sales, consumption and inventory data and analytics reports
Activities analyses:
Analyze activities vs consumption using Saksham, Qlik Sense, consumption, A&P spend
Commercial program consolidation, documentation (approvals), progress tracking
Claims validation and processing aligned with the terms and conditions
Incentive pay-out calculations, review and release after due governance processes
Monthly reporting of retailer assessment (Target vs Actual)
Pricing Set Up:
Existing pricing in the system aligned with Trading Terms
Rebates Settlement and Awarding:
On-time settlement
Monitoring of rebates status and awarding to Distributors
