Job Description
- Purchase Stationery & Pantry supplies
- Collect and keep track of all utility bills
- Liaise with technicians regarding office maintenance matters
- Assist HR with the managing the cash flow record
- Assist HR with an urgent task
- Assist HR in Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Assist HR with a Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist HR with an Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Preparing Claim
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Processing new license application
- Key in all transaction record data in system ILS
- To ensure all data keys in are correctly completed
- Maintaining data census accurate manner
- Checking / uploading documents and picture in system
- Any other related duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Fresh Diploma/STPM/SPM holder are welcome to apply
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Understanding of databases
- A Strong team player, independent, result oriented and committed to any task was assigned by the management
- Must be willing to work beyond office hour to meet datelines as at when required by the Management
