Salary Range: 1,500 - 2,500 USD per month (depending on the interview, assessment, and the client's approval)
Schedule: M-F, 9am - 6pm Manila Time

The client, Support Shepherd, is a fast-growing startup that provides comprehensive customer support solutions to businesses. They are dedicated to helping their clients improve customer satisfaction and retention through their innovative services.
As a Growth Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing growth strategies for the company. Ideal candidate is most likely comfortable to handle adult content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies across traditional paid media platforms
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify non-traditional growth opportunities for clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Google SEO and FB Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Nice to have experience in OnlyFans
