Position : Remote Personal Assistant
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST
Salary range : $800-$1,000
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Remote Personal Assistant to join me and help out with the daily work and personal related tasks.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Email management: replying to multiple emails and categorizing of emails/inbox based on importance.
- Calendar management: scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Answering calls and making travel arrangements.
- Build and maintain knowledge bases for various aspects of work and life.
- Build and maintain a CRM of contacts.
- Researching and conducting data analysis to prepare documents for review.
- Drafting and scheduling social media posts.
- Taking in minutes of the meeting.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant for a US-based business owner or CEO.
- Working knowledge and experience with Notion, Gmail (and other email providers).
- Working knowledge and experience with calendar software such as Apple Calendar and Google Calendar.
- Working knowledge and experience with using collaborative tools like MS Offices and Google Suite.
- Experience in using different communication tools like Slack, iMessage, etc.
- Has a robust understanding of ChatGPT, including an understanding of its limitations and downsides
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking (preference will go to those who also have Japanese proficiency). Must have at least Good communication skills.
- Strong time management and highly organized.
- Someone who is very attentive to small details, especially someone who is driven.
- Use of Apple Mac for work is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience:
- Someone who has Japanese proficiency.
