Responsibilities:
- Process Initial or Pre Autorization via Phone or via Email
- Respond to provider requests
- Communicate to insurance providers for authorizxation determination
- Process verification of members benefits
- At least 6 months experience with Initial or Prior Authorization
- Very good oral and written English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
- Detail Oriented
