LOOKING FOR PH-BASED DIGITAL MARKETER EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Position : Financial Analyst
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8-5PM CST
Salary Range : $1000-$1600( Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)
helping manage our revenue reconciliation process on a weekly basis and making revenue reconiliation work is correctly added to QBO
- helping manage our accounts payable process, an helping to streamline and track our costs on a weekly basis based on a proces we have defined and built out
- general and misc maintenance of quickbooks (we already have a monthly bookkeeping service that handles monthly QBO work, looking for this new role to support them)
- accounts receivable management, and sending invoices to customers on a weekly basis based on defined SOP
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
- Proficient using Quickbooks and creation of journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Good communication skills; fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
