Position: Marketing Specialist
Working hours: Flexible with a requirement for a minimum of a 2-hour overlap during the morning hours (MDT 9 AM - 5 PM).

Salary Range: $900 - 1,500/month

About the role:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the newly launched HubSpot Sales and Marketing modules. We're seeking a skilled professional who can navigate the intricacies of the HubSpot system to leverage existing content effectively, transforming Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) for our dynamic sales team.
The primary focus is to deliver campaigns across multiple channels including email, webinars, website management, and social media. This includes both content creation and the use of marketing automation in Hubspot.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver campaigns across multiple channels including email, webinars, website management, and social media.
- Support content flow in Hubspot
- Effectively move MQLs over to the SQL phase for the sales team to close
- Creatively contribute to both content creation and use of marketing automation in Hubspot.
- Monitor performance and generate reports on campaign results, data compilation, and other KPIs.
- Creatively contribute to both content creation and use of marketing automation in Hubspot.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Hubspot is a must
- WordPress experience is a plus
- Must have copywriting experience
- Ability to manage and implement campaigns simultaneously across various channels.
- Good written and communication skills
