Job Title: Client Success Manager
Working Hours: Flexible
Salary Range: 1500 - 1800 USD / Month
Scope of Work:
As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in handling and resolving client queries, developing strategies to enhance client services, and ensuring a positive end-user experience. This role involves maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients, onboarding new clients, and acting as a liaison between clients and the development team. If you have a background in SaaS, a keen understanding of the URL Shortening Industry, and a proven track record in client success, we want to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create plans to address clients' business needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with key personnel among clients.
- Advise clients on best practices for maximizing utilization of the enterprise solution.
- Schedule regular meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for complaints, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Manage client onboarding and implementation processes.
- Gather and process paperwork, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Share client feedback with the development team for continuous improvement.
- Manage implementation Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide technical assistance and answer users' queries via phone and email.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Relationship Manager or Account Manager.
- Experience working with a SaaS company is highly desirable.
- Understanding of the URL Shortening Industry is preferred.
- Background in technology with the ability to guide customers in product usage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Solid background in customer service, specifically technical support.
- Experience in project management and sales is preferred.
- Proficient in GSuite, with a working knowledge of Asana and Jira.
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well within a team.
