Responsibilities
- - Identify and qualify leads through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- - Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that communicate the unique value proposition.
- - Negotiate service contracts, manage accounts, and provide ongoing customer support.
- - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- - Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to improve sales strategies and tactics.
- - Work collaboratively with our marketing and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- - At least 1 year of experience in Sales or in any related field.
- - Proven track record of successfully selling advertising, marketing, and/or recruitment services.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- - Familiarity with CRM software and sales databases.
- - Must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
