The role will be focused on communications:
- Coordinate between LTC and US facilities and insurance
- Process Initial or Pre Autorization via Phone or via Email
- Respond to provider requests
- Communicate to insurance providers for authorization determination
- Process verification of members benefits
- Review Members clinical records
- Initial Authorization experience is a must
- Detail oriented
- At least 6 months Medical Billing Experience
- Very good oral and written English communication skills
- Knowledgeable in US Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and related items
- Willing to work on-site - Makati
