The Guest Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and inviting potential guests to attend a personal preview at our onsite/offsite sales gallery. Secondly the individual is also responsible for generating qualified leads for the company. All Guest Service Representative represent Anantara Vacation Club in a courteous, enthusiastic and diligent manner. All guests that are invited will be required to attend a 120-minute sales presentation on the benefits of shared ownership with Anantara Vacation Club. Guests must be invited with full understanding of the offer and adheres to the Details of Participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of the company in the marketplace at your designated work locations.
- Team member must have excellent customer service skills as well as problem solving skills to approach the guest. And have sales skills such as overcoming objections and persuade the guests to attend the preview presentation.
- Know the Sales Preview Centre locations and assist the customer with maps and directions on how to get to their selected Preview Centre.
- Complete necessary paperwork for tour bookings generated during your designated shift
- Ensure work location is neat and tidy
- Attend scheduled team meetings
