As an Order Management Agent, you will be ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately provisioning customer details into the CRM tool of clients and TSA (current and legacy). You shall also proactively monitor completion and perform order remediation in a timely and effective manner. Contact to customers and other departments to fulfil services is also a likelihood.

What will a normal day look like?
You will engage customers, build rapport, retain & save customers by understanding their needs and offering value added solutions that will drive brand loyalty and advocacy for Telstra. You will also be required to:
- Navigate through multiple systems and customers whilst maintaining customer and team engagement
- Strategically address order mangement tasks with precision and accuracy
- Work a rotating roster, Monday - Sunday, 5pm - 5am (potential weekend and overtime shifts)
- Work towards achievable Customer Service, Productivity and Quality targets and KPIs
- Provide class leading service delivery
