Position : Remote Personal Assistant
Working Hours : M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
Holidays : US or PH Regular Holidays
Salary Range : USD 800-1200 / month

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and triage every email
- Book travel & appointments
- Schedule meetings
- Attend meetings and take notes
- Maintain a CRM of close contacts and relevant updates
- Handle admin & life errands that are time sensitive
- Do data entry or research when needed
- Research vendors, gifts, or service providers
- Scheduling social media posts
- Handling outreach to influencers
- Coordinating with contractors
Tools to use
- Communication tool (Slack, iMessage)
- Office 365
- Google Workspace
- Canva
- Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Proficient English speaker (comfortable talking, witing, reading)
- 2 Years of experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant for a business owner or CEO who lives in the USA.
- Strong at using Slack, iMessage, Gmail, AirTable, Canva, Instagram, TikTok & Google Calendar
- Available to work US PST business hours: 8am - 4pm PST, Monday - Friday
