LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES
Position: Full Stack Developer
Work Hours: Philippine Hours (no need to offset hours or work UK hours)
Holidays: TBD
Pay Range: 1,200 - 2,000 USD / month
Responsibilities:
- Take a design in Figma and produce pixel-perfect HTML and Tailwind CSS pages/components from them using React
- Be comfortable building front-end (React-based, usually using NextJS) business logic using (for example) useEffect, useState, calling APIs, passing props, etc
- For the more back end/full stack devs - be comfortable with PostgreSQL - designing table schemas, etc
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Develop high-quality, reusable code for web applications.
- Implement and maintain responsive web design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
- Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, and provide technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our products.
- Proven experience as a Frontend (or Full Stack) Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Node.js and server-side rendering.
- Knowledge of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL (Supabase).
- Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.
