As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include accurately billing our customers, maintaining payment records, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections. We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth financial transactions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and billing schedules
- Ensure compliance with local jurisdiction requirements
- Create credit memos
- Manage Month End tasks and reconciliations
- Develop and oversee Standard Operating Procedures
- Work with other teams for corrections and queries
- Perform account reconciliations
- Meet cash collection targets
- Review bank statements
