- Facilitate the onboarding & off-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into & exit the organisation.
- 201 file management and maintaining pre-employment requirements tracker/compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and labor standards by managing employee contracts, labor conditions, working hours, and employee benefits.
- Process regularisation documents of employees and individual notices
- New employee registration to BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG Fund, and PhilHealth
- Processes SSS/Phil Health sickness, maternity claim benefits, funeral benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, paid time off, etc.
- Provides assistance on HMO-related services to employees: renewal, enrollment, deletion of members, annual physical exam; prepares and update reports on utilisation; processes payments to HMO provider
- Update government agencies for terminations in a timely manner
- Submission of reports to DOLE
- Providing/reconciling data to the Payroll provider
- Resolve labor-related issues and disputes, and initiate initiatives to improve the working environment.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organisation remains competitive in the labor market
- Coordinate the provision of the equipment (laptops) to personnel
- Assist with events planning and organisation (virtual and off-line)
- Assist with office admin work
- Cooperate with Finance team regarding staff related issues
