RECEIVING MANAGEMENT
Conducts inspection of received finished goods from production. Flags non compliance to quality standards to production for correction prior receiving in the system.
Ensures proper unloading of imported finished goods in the external warehouse. Preparing reports of non conformance for any discrepancy observed.
Ensures all incoming finished goods are well documented and transacted in the ERP system
STORAGE AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Conducts daily inventory consolidation of all Finished goods stored in the FG warehouse, FG Bins and External warehouse. Initiate investigation for any discrepancy observed.
Conducts daily inspection on the condition of finished goods stored in the warehouse to ensure its quality prior dispatch. Reports and coordinates with the QA team if any quality related non compliance was observed during the inspection.
Traces inventory variances and seeks FG Supervisor’s disposition of the variance.
Ensures the FG storage areas are compliant to the 5S/Safety and GMP quality standards.
Ensures all stored FGs are well documented and traceable.
Monitors all near aging and expiring finished goods. Sends a daily report of all aging FG to concerned stakeholders.
Ensures the strict implementation of FEFO in the storage areas.
Participates in the monthly plantwide inventory count activity.
Participates in audit compliance activities such as Internal Quality Audits.
Food Safety:
Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team Leader.
