Position: Customer Support
Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Philippine Time.
Salary Range: $800 - $1500/month

The product range includes roll-on oils, spray lotions, full-body oils, and candles, all showcasing the brand's commitment to unique and inviting fragrances.
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to provide top-notch customer support and excellent before/after purchase service to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
● Responsible for handling incoming customer related inquiries for E-commerce customers
using Gorgias and Shopify communication platforms.
● Resolving post-order issues such as exchanges, replacements, delivery status, order
adjustments, etc.
● Resolving complaints to ensure customers retention and satisfaction.
● Maintain organized records and data entry for customer service communication.
● Prioritize inquiries based on level of urgency, identifying matters that require an immediate
response.
● Provide weekly reports to management regarding trends in customer inquiries.
● Proficiency in Gorgias and Shopify (mandatory)
● At least 3 years of customer support experience.
● Strong computer skills and reliable internet access.
● Strong problem-solving abilities
● Regular and reliable attendance, excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
● Experience with WMS System is a plus but not required.
