Position: Research Analyst

Working hours: Flexible from Monday - Friday, (may need to work following Pacific Time when needed)

Holiday/s: US and/or PH Holidays

Salary Range: $900 - 1,500/month

Operator of a tech-enabled platform intended to streamline the process of government contracting. The company's platform is a marketplace that helps to connect with advisors, experts, and partners in government contracting, enabling emerging and established defense contractors to find, connect with, and hire people with specific expertise, capabilities, security clearances, and connections to bid, win and deliver contracts more effectively.

About the role:

We're looking for a dedicated research analyst to help us discover information on people, and organizations, and assist with various other research tasks. This person needs to be a strong critical thinker, and capable of doing heavy, qualitative research, not just simple tasks like lead generation.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • General online research (look at websites and find out information about organizations and people)
  • Help us discover information on people, and organizations, and assist with various other research tasks (mostly highly qualitative research tasks).
  • Identifying individuals based on roles they currently hold, then finding their LinkedIn profiles and other web presences.
  • Finding individuals' contact information- Updating their information based on role changes, contact info, etc. This will require a method to check on them from time to time.
  • For each individual, we will have a pre-defined set of other fields that we will need to trace down information.
  • Researching organizations and filling out a pre-defined set of requested fields with information we need on them.
  • Maintaining a large set of 20,000+ organizations.
  • Keeping the organizations data set up to date.
  • Learning about these types of organizations on an in-depth level, with the ability to then conduct deep market research on each one's websites as well as discover new sources of information about them online.
  • Discovering new people that belong to the organizations, and then executing the process outlined above- Data labeling and correction for each organization
  • A high level of time availability is a must as well as very fluent English skills.

  • Preferred tools: Airtable, Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Has relevant experience
