Position: Executive Assistant (Full-time)
Salary: 800-1200 USD/month (depends on skills and years of experience)
Working Hours: 9am-6pm CST, Monday-Friday (11pm-8am Philippine Standard Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are well-coordinated.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and data management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, make reservations and manage itineraries.
- Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of ecommerce projects.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other internal and external parties.
- Data entry and do follow ups to clients via email.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Ideally someone who has interest in the ecommerce industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of MS Office suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Must possess excellent problem solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Ambitious and someone who wants to learn more about the ecommerce industry.
- Someone able to jump in and help with tasks proactively.
