Position: Customer Support Specialist
Salary Range: $800-1,000/Monthly
Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 40 Hours per week, start anytime from 6 AM to 1 PM EST and must cover 8.5 hours (with 30 minutes lunch each shift)
Sample range of shifts:
6 am-2:30 pm (est)
7 am-3:30 pm (est)
8 am-4:30 pm (est)
ABOUT THE COMPANY
The client is a rideshare company focused on Specialized Transportation, which they define as transportation requiring drivers with special training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide exceptional service to our drivers and business partners via phone, email, and chat
● Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to transportation bookings, scheduling, and cancellations
● Work closely with drivers to ensure that all rides are completed as scheduled and communicate any changes or issues to clients in a timely manner
● Handle and resolve complaints in a professional and compassionate manner
● Collaborate with other teams, including Operations and Engineering, to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver records in our internal systems
● Continuously improve processes and procedures to streamline operations
● Provide feedback to Engineering on how to improve internal tool
● Driver outreach to help grow our driver presence in the US (drivers build their business on our platform)
● Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our platform to effectively demonstrate its features, benefits, and value propositions to potential partners
● Host Zoom presentations, meetings, and webinars
● Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities and innovative approaches
● At least 3 years of relevant work experience
● Experience in using Google Workspaces, Zoom, Slack and Chat GPT
● Proficiency with Zendesk is highly preferred
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, American accent/English as a first language is preferred
● Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
