ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Design Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing order information in Salesforce, converting orders, creating proofs or logos for products, collating tracking/order details, and coordinating with our production team. This position requires a candidate with a blend of Salesforce expertise, design skills, and familiarity with essential tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Management in Salesforce:
    • Accurately record and manage order information in Salesforce.
    • Ensure timely and error-free entry of details, product specifications, and other relevant data.
  • Design Tasks:
    • Create proofs or logos for products as per client specifications.
    • Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to design visually appealing and customized materials.
  • Tracking and Production Coordination:
    • Collate tracking and order information for efficient communication with the production team.
    • Coordinate with remote team members and those in production to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Invoicing:
    • Generate and send out invoices promptly and accurately.
    • Ensure that payment details and transactions are recorded appropriately.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Salesforce Experience: Proficiency in using Salesforce for order management.
  • Design Experience: A background in graphic design with the ability to create proofs and logos.
  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop: Familiarity with design software to create high-quality visuals.
  • PayPal Experience: Understanding of PayPal processes for efficient financial transactions.
  • Dropbox: Knowledge of file-sharing and collaboration tools, especially Dropbox.
  • Skype: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members using Skype.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with remote and in-house teams.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
