Working Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9AM - 5PM UK Time
Salary Range : $900-$1500 / Monthly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To contribute to the creation of a positive customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service within the organization. Additionally:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition onto the application.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Testing and writing the user-guide / FAQ’s for the application
- Lead and motivate a team of customer support professionals to deliver exceptional service.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach
- Ensure client success
- Ad Hoc support to the CEO based in the UAE but within the UK time zone
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years as a customer success specialist/manager.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Prior experience in the fintech or UK banking industry is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace for efficient documentation and communication.
- Open to working with the possibility of providing partial weekend coverage between 11 AM and 3 PM, UK time. Also available for holiday coverage. Paid overtime is offered.
