MISSION
The mission of the sales and marketing assistant is to research and generate new leads, initiate
conversations with prospects, improve the sales process, and analyze client data to develop
effective marketing strategies. The assistant must have excellent communication skills, attention
to detail, and collaborate with the sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
● Research and enter campaign leads to promote our products and services
● Conduct research to generate new leads for the sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of
potential clients
● Utilize LinkedIn to connect with new leads and send emails to initiate conversations and establish relationships with prospects
● Draft professional and effective introduction emails to set up meetings with potential clients,
presenting our company in the best possible light
● Collaborate with the sales team to review and identify inefficiencies in the sales process and
brainstorm new strategies to improve it
● Perform a thorough cleanup of our CRM to ensure that all contacts are up-to-date and ready for
new campaigns
● Analyze client data to identify key information such as who our clients are, what they need, and who the decision-makers are in their organizations. This information will be essential in
developing effective marketing and sales strategies.
● Minimum 2 years of similar experience
● Excellent communication skills: you’re fluent in English
