Position : Executive Assistant

Work Hours (Client) : 8am - 5pm ET | Mon - Fri

Work Hours (MNL) : 8pm - 5am MNL | Mon - Fri

Pay Range : $800 - $1400/month (negotiable depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Founded in 1999, The company is an industrial water treatment company that provides water treatment products, solutions and services to Data Centers, Industrial Facilities, Power Plants, Health Care Facilities, Government and Food and Beverage Manufacturers. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and Rhythm Of Business Management
  • Team Management Support (Headcount, Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Purchase Order)
  • Travel Management
  • Event Coordination and Logistics
  • Reporting
  • Project Management
  • Other Ad Hoc Responsibilities (including but not limited to operations support, logistics support, QuickBooks data entry and analysis)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven Executive Assistant Experience at least 3 years (candidates with no experience as EA in resume will automatically get disqualified)
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft SUITE (Outlook, Word, PPT, Planner, Excel) and NOT Google Suite
  • Highly Tech Savvy
  • Remote experience is highly desired but not required
  • Is a natural problem solver with time management and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail and process oriented to ensure orders/data is complete or able to identify and resolve issues with minimum supervision

OTHERS

  • LinkedIn Account is required (If you do not have an account yet, please create one and make sure to add your employment details and a professional picture)
  • Device Specification REQUIRED: at least 70 MB internet speed, core i5 processor, 8GB RAM (candidates with lower specs must be willing to upgrade prior to start date if given an offer)
  • Having a dual monitor is preferred but not required
